Lots of 60's music,Elvis the King,Frankie Farrell,Celine,Tina Turner, Queen,like most types of music.

TV shows I watch

Really am a bit sad,watch Easties,Corrie and really thats about it for soaps.Like Location,Location, Escape to the country,craft shows,really we do watch mostly DVDs.

People I look up to

My husband,My God,my family and friends, Joanna Sheen,People who can sing!!! I love music but can't sing a note,my parents,even though they have passed,

Movies I like

Love most films,I am Legend,was really good! Looking forward to new film just in pictures,can't remember name:Angelina Jolie is in it.Also like J.lo, in films and Julia Roberts.

Interesting facts about me

My name is Maureen,I live in Fife, Bonnie Scotland. I have been married for coming up to 42years,still in love with each other very much,so we are doing well,We have 3 beautiful daughters, all flew the nest,now in their own homes,also have 2 handsome grandsons aged almost 18yrs and 15yrs,they tower above us,I will be 60 in July,and really looking forward to it! I was married at just 18yrs and James my hubby was 21yrs.We are looking forward to October,when our youngest daughter Kerryann,is due to have her 1st baby,its to be a girl,we can't wait for our new grandchild.I love to craft,have tried lots of new things lately and am enjoying them,I also love doing tapestries,reading,cooking. I love Joanna Sheen's work, have most of her cd's think she is a lovely lady,love it when she is on t.v.Have joined the forum,in hope of meeting and chatting to fellow crafters and learning new things.Don't keep well most of the time,my motto is if you have a good day,enjoy it. if a bad day,get it over quick. Take each day as it comes and enjoy life. Look forward to seeing your work and chatting with you all.

Thank you for asking to be my friend! I read that you are from Fife, I recently went on holiday for my brothers wedding in East Lothian. I think that that is just across the water from Fife?? could be wrong. It was gorgeous though and I am so jealous of anyone who gets to live in Scotland! lol.........Thank you again for adding me as a friend.

Hi, Thanks for asking me to be a friend. You are my first apart from the team. I am 56 years old and live in West Lothian. I have been married for over 38 years (married my 1st love at 17 having met him at 14 ). We have 5 children, 7 grandchildren and 1 greatgrandaughter. My daughter is also expecting my 8th grandchild early next year.
I love crafting and having made too many cards I have decided to concentrate on scrapbooking but I am not very good yet.

You sound bit like me,I met James at 15yrs,engaged at 17yrs,married at 18yrs,3 beautiful grown up daughters all flew the nest have own homes,2 handsome grandsons,they tower above me,lol we have a new baby girl to look forward to,come Oct' from our youngest daughter,been married 41yrs!! where does time go.So nice to hear from you,please keep in touch.
